Hi All,
We have a storefront on 5th Ave and are having an awning installed. We would like to put up a molding “header” on the building and then attach the awning just below it.
Can anyone recommend a local Architectural Molding Supplier. I am thinking the molding would be about 10″ high with some simple capping details. Thanks for any tips.

Much of what Dyke’s offers is run in poplar (which should not be used outside). If you are not prepared to have it run in a exterior grade species of wood check out outwater.com (outwater plastics in NJ). They have a whole section in their catalog dedicated to Exterior Millwork.
Dykes Lumber is the standard source for moulding. Between 3 and 4th Avenues on 6th, I believe. You can order from other local sources but Dykes may have it in stock.
