New Roof on My Brownstone

Help!!! Fellow Brownstoners.

My roof is going on 20 years old….and is starting to leak.

I guess I’ve been lucky…the guy who did it the last time is long retired.

Anyone have their roof redone recently? Can anyone recommend a roofing contractor?

Extra points if the contractor has dealt with a cental air conditioning unit on the roof.
