Looking to sell my Williamsburg condo. Can anyone personally recommend a RE Agent who is familiar with the neighborhood, and provide some details about what it was like to work with them? Please, no responses from agents recommending themselves. I will ignore them.

As a buyer, I have been working with Roberto Gonzalez from Bond New York and he’s been fantastic. He’s proven to be not only a great guy (keeping me sane and relatively stress free during our search) but is also extremely informed about the trends across the financial and real estate markets, buyer/seller psychology, and negotiating tactics. I really can’t say enough good things about him. He lives over off Grand and knows the WB market extremely well.

We had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth Pizzulli from Corcoran when we sold our place in Ft. Greene. Since she lives in Williamsburg herself, I’m sure she really knows how to sell the area etc. She was extremely professional and a great negotiator, and kept her cool even when things got hairy. Finally she’s just a really cool person which makes everything easier. Highly recommended – tell her Marlena sent you 🙂
