  1. It’s a good thing that there are workshop today that informs people on how to manage their financial matters. With the economy we have today most people’s mortgage are facing trouble. If your one of them, foreclosure prevention is something you should look into right away. Right now, there is a federal foreclosure prevention program that will allow you to refinance your personal loans if you qualify, and the deadlines are coming up quick. If you can demonstrate personal hardship, if your mortgage was taken out before January 1st, 2009, and if it is your sole mortgage and for less than $700,000, then you meet the requirements for the most part. The deadline for application and qualifying is July of 2010, so if you run into trouble between then and now you would do well to apply for federal foreclosure prevention.
