Soffit, downspout, gutter repair

Can anyone recommend people to repair a soffit, replace the downspout, and install at least one new gutter? What material do you recommend: vinyl or aluminum? Also, what’s the ballpark cost (it’s a three-story, 16′ brick house). Thanks.
