I’m looking for termite inspector ASAP, as we’re already in contract. My read on the forums is that … Terminex is a bunch of upsellers; But Parkway and AVP Termite & Pest Control are fine. Anything I should know before I call those last two? Other suggestions?

Ed on Court St knows his stuff. I don’t have his number on me right now. But check the archive. I found him there.
Check the BBB. A few years ago, Kingsway was one of the few termite companies here that was accredited by the BBB.
