Thanks Otis – any recommendations on who to contact? I’ve seen Metro trucks/signs and watched their workers who have not inspired confidence. Would appreciate any advice on the Go To firm for troubleshooting/problem solving. I am not interested in filing a law suit I just want a dry house.

So who is a good “waterproofing consultant” in New York? We have a similar problem and have had no luck finding the leak source.
A structural engineer will not be able to help you. What you need is a waterproofing consultant. The majority of new construction suits are the result of poor weatherproofing.
Guest 9:19 thanks for the suggestion.
I had a similar issue and paid a contractor 2k to troubleshoot and find the issue. No money exchanged hands until the cause was known. Once the issue was found I hired someone to execute the resolution. It was the best 2k I ever spent.
