Has anyone here used All Mechanical Plumbing or All Renovation (I just noticed that they both begin with ‘All’, coincidentally)? What was your experience regarding the work, price, etc.?

I have used All Mechanical probably 5 times for my brownstone (only own one 🙁 ) Jerry is the father who may be retired and is a bit gruff but I am completely satisified with everything they’ve done – including replacin a 60 year old furnace wtih a new boiler. Stu is the son who, I guess, took over and did most of my work and he’s great. Prices were very competitive and actually less than most I looked at originally – I’d use them in a heartbeat.
i had “All Renovation” quote a job for me in the past, i was not happy with their numbers, I own several properties in Park Slope and have used ACR General Contracting, Inc. for 5 years now & they seem to be honest & reliable. you can call the owner if you need a free estimate, ask for Al R (917) 573-3304. Oh yea they will also give mechanical & electrical prices too.
