Planting Grass
We live in a garden apartment with a small yard. Last year we planted grass in April and it came in beautifully. Unfortunately, this spring the grass came back in patches. Any tips on how to re-seed? Is it too late?

If you seed with a tall fescue you can do it right now (best when daytime temperatures are bewteen 60 and 70 degress). I would suggest checking out Gardens Alive for organic gardening supplies and they have a good seed blend called Turf Alive (a blend of tall fescue types). I used Turf Alive to seed my backyard after a concrete driveway was removed and it worked great. Rake the earth, spread the seed, cover the seed with peat moss, water, and watch it grow.
You can re-seed now. It’s fine.
