Wood Fence contractor
Does anyone know a good contractor in Clinton Hill to rip out our chain link and install a nice custom wood fence?

6 feet is only the code for residential. If your property line has commercial on the other side you can go higher.
7′ fence is a violation of code, btw. Fences are supposed to be no higher than 6′ and remember if you are installing a single-sided fence the nice part is supposed to face out.
I haven’t done this yet, but I’m getting estimates in the 5,000-5,500 range for 120 feet of fence, with a gate, including ripping out and disposing of old fence.
sorry, mine was part of a larger project where the labor was one part and materials another…it looks like the fence materials for a 40′ solid board cedar fence with lattice on top 7′ high might have been just more than $3,000
can anyone post the cost of their fence project?
chuck from “Dig” on Atlantic Ave did mine…beautiful cedar fence. I found him on here originally

If you use Amendola, be sure to inspect the wood upon delivery. We were promised one thing and received something inferior to what we ordered. We refused delivery and cancelled the order because they would not accommodate us and would not make an exchange to the higher quality wood we ordered at the outset.
Amendolas on L.I. You can get 4′ high board on board for bottom half and 2’lattice (4″x4″, not diagonal, but vertical & horizontal for a lovely open look)
