We’re in contract to buy a new construction condo, and we are hoping to close before our lock expires on our mortgage rate. How long does it take to get a TCO once inspections start next month?

No offense Ursapeel but you won’t be able to find an answer to that question on a message board, at least an answer useful enough to act on. The C of O process depends on so many variables, and on how the DoB processes it, that any answer is really just an anecdote.
Please do not close without a REAL CO. If you do not get a final CO,, you will be fucked for years to come. I wonder if your Lawyer will let you close with out one? BTW 45 day from TCO to inspection.
