Help re:New electrical vault on 6th Ave?

We were informed by the Community Board that Con Ed is building a new vault across the street and that there “might be electrical interruptions.”

Might, in my experience, means will.

Does anyone know anything about this specific project on 6th near Flatbush? Rattner related? We’re meeting with the Community Board and Con Ed, but I want to be informed. So far, all I know is that a man was fried while on the telephone by a faulty wiring problem in the village and a horse was electrocuted.
