Need a Williamsburg Referral

My husband and I are having a baby, and suddenly our extremely, uh, bohemian Williamsburg RR flat seems to need fixing up. Can anyone recommend a Williamsburg- or Greenpoint-based outfit that will not only paint our 1-BR, but fix the splintery, paint-peeling floors, patch plaster walls, install shelves, and give an industrial-strength cleaning to boot? The cleaning service would probably be separate, actually, come to think of it–anyone have a referral for a serious, deep-housecleaning service, not some wimpy maid service that passes the same dirty rag over your various surfaces and calls it a day? Thank you SO MUCH–we live mostly upstate, so it’s very hard to research these things locally.
