Hi Everyone –
Long time lurder, First time poster.
I bought a large studio in a prewar building at 175 Eastern Parkway. I had lived in the apartment for 6 years and our building went coop. Due to years of rental tenants, the place needs a full make-over, especially the kitchen and bathroom.
I’m looking for a General Contractor. Can anyone recommend someone reputable?
We’re also trying to renovate the bathroom and kitchen in traditional prewar building style if u have any suggestions for sources, it would be appreciated.
thx.
Paul
Try Pietro Calabretta from AllRenovation, they showed me some great condo/coop apartments in Brooklyn and Manhattan that they renovated before I hired them for my job…very reputable GC and company.
