Experience with Bima contractors?
We are collecting bids for a renovation of our garden floor (demo one bathroom, build a new one, build closet, lay new floor in half the space, refinish the other half, paint etc.) Does anyone have experience with Bima Inc, the contractor’s name is Malcolm Williams.

I wish I’d seen your request earlier. That’s interesting. Our experience with Bima Inc. has been amazing. They built an entirely new bathroom for the sec floor of our home–subway tiles, ebay chandelier, and a deep soaking tub with jets. My husband and I purchased the home about 2 years ago in bed-stuy/ocean hill. They also installed bambo floors on the garden level of our duplex and did the demo and layout for our new kitchen.
We had a horrible experience with another contractor from staten island and just wanted someone to be honest and do careful work. My sister-in-law says that I “scrutinize.” Maybe she’s right because my husband and I have been quite pleased with Bima, inc. Malcolm Williams and his team have done really nice work for us.
we used them and found them to be fairly good at major things like demo and sheet rock, etc. But for the details, not too great.They hired a painter who was painting our hallway in the dark. It was sloppy.
