The Mariott at the Bk bridge is $429 a night (!?)
The Days Inn is farther than they want to stay, and looks scary to them (they are from the ‘burbs)
The Holiday Inn Express is $288 a night
I found Regina’s B&B on Ft Greene Pl but there is a 3 night stay minimum.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Ideally something around 150$ would be great… I think they would really like a local B&B if I could find one that would take them for only one night.

They are local apartments that operate as a B&B. My friends have one and you can stay by the night or the week, all furnished with your own kitchen and bath.
It’s one night. Give ’em a sleeping bag and a floor.
just heard about a b&b in bklyn called awesome B&B – the prices were pretty reasonable
There are a bunch of bed and breakfasts in the surrounding neighborhoods in Brooklyn. A google search will turn up at least 6.
Check craigs list for short term sublets and vacations.
There is a cute Bed and Breakfast on my block in Stuy Heights (Macdonough Street between Lewis and Stuyvesant). It is called the Akwaaba Mansion. I have never been inside but the pics look nice.
I had heard of this place as well, but when I went to their website http://www.saddledown.com/ it says they are closed for now. 🙁
There is one B&B on Washington Ave between DeKalb Ave and Willoughby Ave, called Saddle Down B&B run by Debbie her number
718 399 7913.
I recently discovered http://www.harmonycity.com. They do vacation sublets all over new york. I had relatives from italy visiting, and we got them an apartment on the upper east side for $750 for the week. They have places in brooklyn too. There is also a Kosher hotel somewhere in sunset park I think that is reasonably priced.
