It appears that the C of O has a typo and points to a different lot number. It is actually 42 but the C of O says 43. Anyone know how much it will cost to correct?

  1. Hmmm. Weird isn’t it? When was it issued? If you can link it to a Building’s Department job number pre-self certification then you could probably work to the DoB to reissue the C of O showing the right block number. If it’s dated after the allowance for self-certification, it would entail something more like having the architect or engineer of record making the correction. if it’s an old, old C of O how do you truly know it’s for your building?
