Windows/Shutters/Mini-Split AC Systems

We’re doing a big renovation (feels big to us, anyway), and we’re looking for some referrals or recommendations for one or more of the following:

-Good prices on Marvin replacement windows. Contractor will do the installation, we need to provide the materials.

-Shutters, both new ones and strpping of old ones. Existing are pocket shutters, but we’re not sure yet how much original detail we’re going to be preserving. There’s not a whole lot presntly. May end up doing away with the pockets.

-Anyone have any experience with “through the wall” AC condensing units as part of a mini-split system, instead of more common location in the backyard or roof? Backyard and roof are not great options in our case. Our mechanical engineer suggested AeroCon unit made by AeroSys Inc that could be installed in basement windows.
