Exterior stairs
I just had exterior stairs completed (brick and limestone) from street level to parlor (front of house). I feel the contractor did not give me enough step size. These stairs look steep and have small space to step on each step. Going up you have 91/2†to 10†foot space with 9â€height. Going down you…
I just had exterior stairs completed (brick and limestone) from street level to parlor (front of house). I feel the contractor did not give me enough step size. These stairs look steep and have small space to step on each step. Going up you have 91/2†to 10†foot space with 9â€height. Going down you have 71/2†to 8†foot space. Thread nose overlaps next step by about 2â€. Does any one know what dimensions does code require?
