Built In Bookcases

I am looking to do some built in bookcases – although no something uber expensive with oak etc – but a relatively easy job that doesn’t have time constraints on it. Might be a job that is small enough – and flexible enough – to work with something who does carpentry on the side..which will help keep it a tad less expensive. Any recommendations?
