I’m ready to renovate the small kitchen in my 3 bedroom condo. Kitchen is about 8 x8. I want to remove everything–cabinets, counters and flooring and replace it with new. Virtually everything will go back in the same place so its mostly a matter of demo, hauling away the debris, repairing the walls and then installing cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring and a little bit of electric and plumbing. Are there contractors willing to do this kind of relatively small job? I will supply all the major materials–I just need someone to install, supervise the plumber and electrician and provide “construction” materials. Don’t want to use HD or Lowes. Any suggestions on who to contact would be appreciated. The contractor a friend recommended never called me back. Must be licensed and insured. THANKS!
A & K TILE ON 9TH STREET CAN HELP WITH THE CABINETS, COUNTERS AND TILE. THEY CAN RECOMMEND A CONTRACTOR TO DO THE WORK. GET THE PLANS DONE FIRST, OTHERWISE THE CONTRACTOR DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO PRICE IT.
I called New York Best Finish Contracting for a small job and they are not cheap but they are fair. Now I would only trust them .If you want cheap labor Im sure you can find alot of companies but you are always
gonna have problems with them.
