We’re renovating our garden duplex and considering digging down into the basement floor in order to raise the height of the ceiling, which is just shy of 7 feet. Has anyone ever done this before? If so, did you need a boring report? How much did the report and the whole project cost and how long did it take? Trying to decide if it’s even worth the effort. Thanks.
