Does anybody have experience with subdividing a parcel of land in NYC (manhatan) into multiple lots? What’s the process and how long does it take? thanks

Ooops. I was thinking zoning lot. A tax lot is considerably less. In either case you’ll need a survey done of the “new” lots and you’ll need to apply for a new house number and tax lot with the city. Get an expediter. They’ll give you a better idea, but I would assume it’s at most 4 months of time.
It all depends, but typically about 4-18 months. It’s a public approval procedure.
