Plaster Crown Molding

I need someone to replace and repair the plaster crown molding in our brownstone. I haven’t found many people who do this – any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

    He did an excellent job in restoring all crown mouldings snd ceiling medallions.

  3. We just got an excellent quote (50% less than cheapest MDF crap) to custom-make our partially destroyed cove crown mouldings (large and unavailable premade) from a place called Zamco Inc Building Products. Ask for Tia, 845 634 8028.

    Keep in mind, this isn’t being made in plaster, but in poplar, so if you just want spots “fixed” go with a plasterer, but if you’re replacing an entire room, this is the way to go, I think.

  7. I posted the same question about a week ago. Here are two great leads I got from other brownstoners. I met with both companies and am waiting for quotes. Both guys were very professional and are real master plasterers.
