Modular Decks?

Does anybody have experience with modular decks? We are looking into building a roof deck on our slightly sloped roof. The estimate we received to build a standard deck was about 24k for a 400 square foot deck. That’s more than we were looking to spend. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
