Renovation Insurance?

We are doing a several month near-gut renovation of a brownstone during which time the building will be uninhabitated. Neither our fire insurance policy nor the contractor’s covers theft of materials from the site so I am looking into getting renovation insurance policy. Supposedly it only costs approx $300-$400 but I am having a hard time find someone who offers it. Any leads/experience? Thanks.
