More Renovation content please!

When I search for renovation information or help, or tips, Brownstoner tops the google results. Just some creative input here, but it seems like Brownstoner is really moving towards the real-estate, neighborhood bashing, am i safe to live in this nabe or that blog. True thats in the forums, but more concentration on the ins and outs of finding good renovation help, etc?
