Skylight/solar panel/green roof vs. FAR
Hi, we’d like to add skylights, solar panels, and if possible, partial green roof. Do these count towards FAR? We’ve unfortunately maxed out our FAR. We don’t intend to use the roof for any other purpose, i.e., deck, garden etc.

These do not count towards FAR as they do not increase building bulk.
