  1. I found a good roofer from the Brooklyn Papers,
you can download the PDf or go to the find a specialist link. When i mentioned Brooklyn Papers i got ten percent off the bottom line which was nice. So definetly let them know that where you found

  2. Mr. Renovation you have made several recomendations on this forum to Donald Morgan.
You are a contractor and are more than aware that the roofing material that Mr. Morgan is installing in the pictures that you have provided us with is torch on roofing. You have indicated that also in your link.
As a contractor you are well aware that torch on is illegal on all residential houses with wood decks under the roofs here in nyc.
You also indicated that Mr. Morgan is coating the roof with aluminum coating the very same day of the installation. That is the worst thing that you can do to a torch on roof.
Your supposed to wait for at least 45 to 90 days to allow the roofing material to cure.
45 days in the summer months or 90 days in the winter months.
The presrvatives in the membrane need to dry up first.
If you coat the roof before the curing period is up the roof will deteriorate long before it would normaly.
I know this because I’m a carpenter and I’ve also done a fare share of roofing.
This issue has here to for been brought up several times on this forum.
Also torch on roofing is not rubber it’s a kind of a plastic.
Surely as a contractor you are well aware of all of what I have just mentioned.
Mr. Renovation why are you misleading everyone on this forum over and over?

  3. Marcus Roofing in Boerum Hill. They’re in the phone book. They fixed an intractable roof leak at my Greenpoint building. I found them great to deal with.
