Anonymous 2:06, am I right that you did your extension for about $30K (150 sf * $200/sf). That’s less expensive than I would have thought. Did you use an architect? Fees for them included?

I just added a 150 sq. ft extension ( 1 story) and calculated the cose to be $200/ sq. ft. This included excavation, foundation/ footing, walls ( CMU),electrical, insulation, windows and roof…….
