North 11th and Roebling condos

I am wondering about the condo complex on N. 11th and Roebling. Are they still for sale? The banners have been taken down from the building and there is no mention of it on the Developers Group website anymore. Anyone have any information? And what is the deal with that vacant lot next door? Just wondering.
