Adding an Electrical Meter

Can anyone recommend a good electrician to add an electrical meter? I need to separate a common hallway and boiler to run with its own meter. Does anybody have previous experience with adding a meter? I don’t know what to expect so it will be nice if someone can give me some pointers. Thanks a bunch.
