Yankee Gutter Repair

We have a yankee style gutter on the front of our Heights brownstone which has developed leaks causing water to run down the face of the building. We’ve been turned down by two roofers so far because they don’t work that high anymore. Can anyone recommend a roofer who can do this sort of work (ladder, scaffolding, whatever, there’s even access through a window)? I have seen recommendations for Nick Kontzamanis and I plan to call him, I need at least two bids to satisfy our building’s operating agreement.

If the appearance of the gutter is unchanged, does landmarks need to get involved with this sort of repair?
