Standard ceiling height for garden-level apt?
A newbie looking for some info: What is the standard ceiling height for a garden-level brownstone apartment? Do garden-level apartments always have fairly low ceilings, or are there (frequent? rare?) exceptions?

I agree they are usually low. Mine are 8.5″
Ours are 8 feet.
Usually fairly low. Not sure what’s standard, but 7 to 8 feet is probably about right. Just measured mine — 7.5 feet. But I have seen 10-foot ceilings on the garden levels in some grand houses.
