I saw one of their worksites at Prospect Park SW last week, near the circle or Pavillion Theatre. Looks like they are refacing a brownstone. I went to the website listed on their worksite sign but it was not working?
I’m looking for someone to completely remove my brownstone stoop stairs so they can be re-aligned straight and re-set them + do pointing, etc. Also the cornice on my brownstone is missing so I am looking to replace/restore it. I am looking for quality work so i want the best.
Please email me MASON references and cornice restoration companies to mr_tico@yahoo.com
haven’t used Preserv, but they recently started what looks like a huge job on South Portlannd between Lafayette and Dekalb. given the block and the size of their scaffold, appears to be a high end job.
I highly recommend a fellow by the name of Alam. He is a highly qualified mason. He does not come across as the “expert craftsman” due to his humble demeanor. You can reach him at 917-254-7112. He has done several jobs on Carroll Street between 5th & 6th Avenue.
