These guys work fast, and everything came out beautiful.
Their prices were mid range of my other estimates, but they came highly recommended from close friends, so I hired them.
They were so friendly and honest also. Not like other contractors we’ve experienced, that tried to squeeze every penny out of us.
It’s hard to find a decent contractor out there, but I found one, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The best thing was that they came out to my home, gave me a written estimate for the entire renovation project (Without any charge), and stuck to that number when the project was completed.
I was planning to put aside $50,000.00 for the complete renovation. They gave me a quote of $48,000.00 which I negotiated to $47,000, and that’s all I paid in the end.
Just having that peace of mind and not having to hear about extra costs here or there, made me so happy, that I gave each guy on their crew $100 on the last day they were there to do touchup painting. And then they stayed an extra hour to help me wipe down my windows, counters, cabinets, etc.
I am so happy with them, that I must recommend them to everyone, lol.
The guy I dealt with was Franky.
His contact # is: 917-337-5103

I told him that I would definitely recommend him to my friends. But, I am not getting any referral fee’s for recommendations or postings. I am just so happy with their work and honesty.
hey – I’ve done design and construction supervision work on several basement renovations and would be able to speak with you about it if you still need assistance.

Mark I would be interested to know who your contracter is, for I too plan to have the same work done.
A knowledgeable contractor could give an indication of what he can do and whether an architect may be required. I’m having my unfinished basement floors redone, the walls repaired and pointed and the ceiling taken out for $20K.
