Wooden Shutters and Molding

I have a bay window with three windows — each with two sets of old wood shutters. The shutters and surrounding moldings need repair and some need to be replaced. Also, they are stained a natural color which I’m not crazy about. I’m looking for a good/affordable carpenter to repair shutters and molding and to paint them white. Any Suggestions.
