Cecil King?

Has anyone used Cecil King? I am having our stoop stairs repaired. The last mason to have done them did a crap job and now large chunks of the concrete have broken away and several stairs are cracking. I want to make sure we get the right person to repair them this time.

I have tried calling metro several times but it seems they are too busy to return calls.
