I need a quality respirator to do paint stripping, to clean our moldy basement, and to remove some old insulation. Any recommendations? I bought one that has solid respirator parts (AO Safety: Professional Respirator – 95050) but the damn head strap feels like it came out of a gumball machine. It broke when I put it on.

  1. Respirators are nothing to fool around with . you must get fitted for one . everyones face is shaped diffrent. there are diffrent shapes and sizes of respirators . you must also pass a fitness test before you are given one . breathing thru those freakin things are not as easy as it seems either . there’s also diffrent filters for diffrent applications
