Roofer Needed.

I am looking for an experienced roofer to to replace the slate on the coppula of my 3 family Bed-Stuy townhouse. The coppula extends 15-20 feet above the roof. From what I’ve reserched the roofer will need to rent scaffolding and apply for the permits from the buildings dep’t. I received an estimate of $7000 from Premiere Roofing. I’m looking for alternatives.
