I had gotten a recommendation on this site for Nick Kopntazami. His company is called Leak Master, and he can be reached at 718-421-2000. Anyway, I had a small roof leak, and I had two other people look at it and they couldn’t figure it out. Nick was able to find the issue, and fix it. He is very knowledgeable about all roof-related matters.
I use Premier on Atlantic and have been very pleased. They are great to work with and even made an emergency fix for me before they did the actual job. When they came to give the estimate, they said that they could not promise that the problems that I was having were indeed caused by a leak in the roof- they did not push me into fixing. I am about to move and will use them again…
I used Metro Roofing. So far we have been happy. We have had the roof for about 3 months now. They were not the cheapest price I got. What I liked was the written estimate detailing costs and what was to be done. The work was completing in the time frame estimated. It came in at cost except when we decided to reattach some security bars on the roof. The only suggestion if you use them is to get the owners cell. He was not the best in returning messages from his landline. Other than that he was great and his crew was great.
