I am looking for a woodworker who can handle smaller jobs in a faster time frame. We have a door that needs wood panes made and re-installed the door. This is a single door that has pieces of etched glass to go into these panes. I have a few pieces of the old panes that broke as a reference. We just wasted over a week with Heights Wood- as they told us when we dropped it off that it would be done at
the most in a week- they never called us to tell us that they were busy and that it would be at least 2 more weeks- fortunately we called- they never returned our calls earlier when we called to check on it.
anyway, very upset with them and assuming our job was too small for
attention. we need
someone who wants smaller scale jobs and who could throw this together-
it could be tedious but i doubt much work.
thanks!
I have a 5-10k job that I also felt was too small for Hts. Woodworking. Move on, I’m not sure what dollar amount it takes to actually get them to call you back. I’ve noticed T&A Carpentry and Park Slope Craftsman recommended on here before.
