I own property in the Brooklyn area and have been dealing with Destination Real Estate for over 3 years. I am more than satisfied with the tenants they’ve brought me over the years. They always do what they can to provide me with any necessary arrangements.
Sham? I wouldn’t say that at all. So far, they are the best real estate company I have used.
