New Building for 195 Quincy
Earlier this month 195 Quincy Street in Bed Stuy was issued a new building permit and iconstruction appears to have begun. The permit is for a four-story, eight-unit apartment building. Here’s hoping this building is more handsome than its neighbor to the left! GMAP P*Shark DOB

They give absolutely anything the green light, even the most thoughtless, shodilly constructed, ill-conceived, fugly, too tall pieces of crap from certain wealth developers that don’t live in the neighborhood, but have more influence over the board than the people that do.
