Williamsburg’s 185 Grand Street was once a humble red house, and now it’s a little (okay, a lot) less appealing. In fact, it’s one of those designs that makes you wonder whether an architect was even involved. At this point the only thing this building, which is actually a single-family house, has going for it is location. GMAP

  1. What’s with the two different bricks and the completely different styles on the upper portion vs. the lower two floors.

    Did someobody really go to architecture school to design this crap????????
