We checked in on the four-unit project in January 2009 when it looked like it was nearing completion, but this place still needs windows and an an upgrade for its Carroll Gardens style front lawn. According to StreetEasy, Corcoran listed two units for sale back in May both for $825,000, so we’re surprised this development still has some loose strings. Is the purposefully misaligned window scheme working for you?
