I agree it’s a concern that the Helios team is still in place. On the other hand, isn’t it a given that you find the best service in busy restaurants? When a place is slow, the wait staff just completely go off the boil.
Why, exactly, is this a terrible use of the space? Just because you don’t like what they’re selling?

The real question is if they’ll serve the old Helios fries. Loved those friggin things.

I’ve always admired the fantastic glassed in space (conservatory?) on the second floor. I wish they could have been a bit more sensitive with the ground floor storefront. Just using bronze colored metal would have made a world of difference.
