The Fitness Guru returns with Pilates Mat classes! Join instructors as they teach you to properly activate the muscles of your abdomen and back to create an incredible amount of stability in your torso. Classes are free and open to all skill levels, but space is limited. Registration begins at 6:30pm each evening. A limited number of mats are available for rental for free (with valid ID). D-Crit is a pioneering masters program where students research, analyze and evaluate design and its social and environmental implications. The Winter Drinks with Doug Keith
The Winter Drinks are an ever-changing cast of characters all gathered around the captain of the ship, Alwyn, who finds himself more tied to the mast (happily) than actually piloting the craft.
