“Fulton Street’s Transformation Ahead of Schedule”
I’ll say.
***Bid half off peak comps***
Isn’t 304 Union Street the Katy Brown house? It had a weird layout if I recall.
“Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz accepted more free travel than any other elected official in New York City last year, journeying with his wife to Turkey and the Netherlands, records released Tuesday showed.”
I was working as a cruise industry association PR official around the time the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal opened. Word on the street was that Marty told the cruise line that he would do stop the project cold unless he received a trans-Atlantic cruise aboard Queen Mary 2 from Cunard Line. He got the cruise.
“Today 1010 WINS reports that Ramos surrendered to authorities to be charged with reckless driving, reckless assault and leaving the scene of an accident. The whole world is upside down!”
No kidding. Back in the day it was inconceivable a cop would actually be charged with anything after accidentally mowing down a biker. The cover-up would be totally in effect.
This was probably bought by someone earning one hundred thousand dollars.
i wish millionaires would stay the hell out of brooklyn
*rob*
The Carroll Gardens house is featured in the current issue (September) issue of Traditional Home magazine (which has a whole section on Brooklyn homes, very cool). It was such a cute story about renovating the place and how even the family poodle loved living there. I wonder what happened! Though at over 3 million, it sounds like they made off very well whatever the reasons for pulling up stakes may be.
A city project ahead of schedule?
what is confused is those who think can get a move-in renovated full-size (4 story) house in the area for under $2m. When we see here – they can run over $3m.
