    You are making absolutely no sense. Luxury class is not- I repeat not- doing much of anything for the general market. Sounds great on paper but the real;ity is far far different. Now you’re playing around with numbers- might as well say that every room Louis the 16th added to Versaille increased the housing supply all over France. Very very literally yes- but in the real world, no.

  2. Interesting report in Crain’s. Nice to see that luxury housing is getting subsidies- and people complain about rent subsidies. I guess it’s ok to give money to a rich man and respect his ability to use the system but a poor one can get help, but no respect. And funnier still, our taxes pay for both. If I were a rich man, ya da da da da da da da, all day long I’d apply for subsidies…if I were a rich developer!!!!
